After Hours Pediatrics contracts with most major insurance plans. At this time, we do not accept Medi-Cal (except for Regal & Lakeside IPAs). However, we will see Medi-Cal and non-contracted PPO/HMO patients for a flat fee of $175.00 (excluding prescriptions and off-site lab work).

If you are not sure whether your insurance plan is accepted by After Hours Pediatrics, please check the list of contracted insurance plans below. In addition, you may call our Thousand Oaks office to find out if we accept your insurance plan.
